His career average in points is currently at 27.7 ppg and this season he is number 3 on the list behind Kobe Bryant with 29.2 ppg.

Nobody can deny the greatness of Bryant ever since he entered the world of basketball. For the past three years, he has been averaging 28.23 ppg and has also been the league MVP for the first time in his career in the 07-08 season, and has also led the Los Angeles Lakers to the finals. He also led the team again in the 08-09 season and this time winning in the finals. Kobe is undoubtedly one of the best scorers in the game as he led the league in scoring from 2005-2007. He is currently averaging 29.6 ppg this season, only second to Carmelo Anthony’s 30 ppg.
The season is still early and scorers could still emerge in the next few months but one thing’s for sure: you will see Lebron and Kobe on top of the list.
